My Story
I am the Library Media Specialist at Governor Livingston High School's Instructional Media Center in Berkeley Heights, NJ. My passions in librarianship include social justice, access, and intellectual freedom. I began my career as an Elementary Library Media Specialist followed by being a High School Library Media Specialist. I then went on to become an Outreach Academic Librarian, and then a Public Librarian before returning to High School Librarianship. I am an accomplished writer, professional web designer, and entrepreneur.
I tend to exclusively read speculative fiction, particularly epic fantasy and science fiction. If you have any recommendations please let me know!
When I'm not in my library you can find me gaming, performing, knitting, or designing something.
